Each player is permitted to hold only one king1 account. king1 accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. These are the only payment methods currently supported. king1 does not accept cash deposits, bank transfers from third-party accounts, or payments made on behalf of another person.
Deposits made through bKash, Nagad, or Rocket are credited to your king1 wallet instantly in most cases. If a deposit does not appear in your king1 wallet within 15 minutes, contact king1 support with your transaction reference number and the support team will investigate.
The minimum deposit amount on king1 is stated on the deposit page within your account. king1 reserves the right to change minimum deposit amounts at any time with reasonable notice to players.
king1 does not charge fees on standard deposits. However, your mobile money provider may apply their own transaction charges. Check with your bKash, Nagad, or Rocket provider for details.
All transactions on king1 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). king1 does not support multi-currency accounts. Any currency conversion costs are the responsibility of the player.
Withdrawals on king1 are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit. king1 does not process withdrawals to payment accounts registered in a different name to your king1 account. This policy exists to prevent fraud and money laundering.
Most withdrawals on king1 are processed within 30 minutes during normal operating hours. In some cases, particularly for larger amounts or where additional verification is required, processing may take up to 24 hours. king1 will notify you if your withdrawal requires additional review.
Before a withdrawal can be processed, the following conditions must be met:
king1 does not charge fees on standard withdrawals. Your mobile money provider may apply their own charges. king1 is not responsible for any fees charged by third-party payment providers.
king1 offers a welcome bonus to new players and regular promotions to existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated in the relevant promotion, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, and expiry dates. These promotion-specific terms take precedence over these general Terms where there is a conflict.
Bonus funds credited to your king1 account cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met. The wagering requirement is expressed as a multiplier — for example, a 20x wagering requirement on a ৳500 bonus means you must wager ৳10,000 before the bonus balance becomes withdrawable. Wagering requirements must be met within the timeframe stated in the promotion terms.
king1 takes bonus abuse seriously. Behaviour that king1 considers to constitute bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to:
Where king1 identifies bonus abuse, it reserves the right to void the bonus, void any winnings derived from the bonus, and close the account without notice.
Bonuses that are not used or wagering requirements that are not met within the stated timeframe will expire automatically. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated. king1 will not compensate players for expired bonuses under any circumstances.
All games on king1 use certified random number generators (RNGs) to determine outcomes. The RNG systems used by king1's game providers are independently tested and certified. king1 does not manipulate game outcomes, and the results of each game round are entirely independent of previous rounds.
Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by king1, it cannot be cancelled or amended. Players should review their bet details carefully before confirming. king1 will not reverse confirmed bets except in cases of a technical error that affected the outcome of the game.
In the event of a technical error that affects a game round — including server disconnections, software malfunctions, or display errors — king1 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the stake to the player's account. king1 will not be liable for any losses resulting from technical errors beyond the return of the original stake.
Each game on king1 has its own rules that govern gameplay, payouts, and bonus features. These rules are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for understanding the rules of any game before placing a bet. king1 is not responsible for losses resulting from a player's misunderstanding of game rules.

Prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities. king1 cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies in cases involving financial crime.
king1 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reason to believe that the account holder has breached these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, or where suspension is required for security or compliance reasons.
You may close your king1 account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Before closing your account, any remaining balance will be paid out to your registered payment method, subject to the withdrawal conditions in Section 5. Any active bonuses will be forfeited upon account closure.
An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months. king1 may apply a monthly dormancy fee to dormant accounts as stated in the account settings. Players will be notified before any dormancy fee is applied. To reactivate a dormant account, simply log in and contact support if needed.
